At Productos Valent, S.A. we focus our activities towards the production of cured ham and sausages, with a wide range of presentations. From the beginning of our activity in 1.924 we have always been faithful to the traditional working systems and formulas. Nevertheless, we have always been keeping up to date with the technological changes and new legislations of our sector. Our goals during the last years have been to maximaze our production processes, and, above all, to adapt our equipment to the most demanding and recognized quality standards, such as: ISO 9001.2000, BRC, IFS and APPCC. As a result of this, we provide our clients with products of the highest quality and guarantees. We have also obtained the ETG (Elaboración Tradicional Garantizada / Guaranteed Traditional Production) for all our range of Jamón Serrano. This quality norm that has been imposed by the EU, is a tool of essential meaning in order to preserve the quality and the good use of the word SERRANO which is our most known product at international levels.
