History

Valent origins have their beginning in 1924 with the activity based on manufacturing sausages and meat canned foods, basically providing the local market in order to reach also, in time, the regional and further on the National ones.

In 1991 starts a new period with the construction of a cured ham plant, which coincides with the first exportations to the EEC countries.

Already in 2007, Valent incorporated the first of its slicing lines, to be able to adapt to the market changes and reach the most rigorous, in quality as well as food security.

After all of this, we have been able to export the 80% of our production having presence in more than 30 countries all over the world.
